Kristin has a quest for gaining and sharing knowledge. She started her career as a radiographer, bought her first investment property at age 21, then completed an MBA in London enabling a move into health services management with the Ministry of Health. It was then that she got serious about property, doing two property coaching courses as a student, and during the GFC period used this knowledge to do 10 property deals in just three years. She continues to educate herself recently completing her project management professional qualification.
Kristin was living in Christchurch at the time of the Christchurch earthquakes, and following the earthquakes gained extensive experience in the insurance industry, working as a loss adjustor for EQC. Her insurance knowledge is extensive, and she hasn’t lost an insurance claim since thanks to the years of insurance battles fixing her property portfolio.
She loves been involved in property and surrounds herself with others that have a passion for it too. That’s why in 2015 she joined Ronovationz to learn the Auckland property market and be inspired by the Ronovationz community to keep investing. She is a long term buy and hold investor and feels strongly about changing the current negative perception of property investors in NZ.
She has been on the board of Auckland Property Investors Association for 3 years, currently serving as President. She also serves on a school board as Deputy Chair.
Kristin’s passions include travel and spending time with her 2 wonderful boys and husband. She loves the water and cherishes mornings on her paddleboard. Kristin has shared her skills for many years, helping people get on the property ladder and provide both for their own future and their families. She would love to help you fulfill your dream too.

Why are you a property coach?
Property has made a vast improvement to my life, and I want to share that with others. I have developed extensive knowledge over the years and get joy from passing that onto others. I get asked why I would share and not just keep the knowledge to myself, and my answer is that I can’t keep buying property myself all the time, so I love to help others do that. There are approximately 1.8 million residential properties in NZ, so there is enough for all of us. I want to help you find the perfect one (or two or three…).
What is your biggest motivation?
Helping others achieve their financial freedom, and the possibilities that it offers them. Financial freedom is not about the money, like we all think in the beginning, it is about the choice of what we do with our time. That is the ultimate freedom and what motivates me, to help you achieve this.
