Why are you a property coach?
I’m a coach because coaching helped me. Property is complex and challenging to navigate alone — and it’s easy to make costly mistakes. Coaching gives people a shortcut to confidence. It’s my way of sharing the experience I’ve gained so others can avoid the pitfalls and fast-track their success.
I also believe property is one of the best tools to build long-term wealth — but too many people are held back by fear or misinformation. I coach to simplify the process and help others make smart, confident moves.
What is your biggest motivation?
My biggest motivation is seeing everyday people transform their lives through smart property decisions. I get a real buzz from helping someone buy their first investment, grow their portfolio, or realise they can achieve financial freedom—often sooner than they thought possible. Property is the vehicle, but the real reward is the confidence, freedom, and choices it gives people. That’s what drives me every day.
